A major aspect of writing involves the revision process. It starts with writing, followed by reflection and analysis, and ends with some sort of change to the writing. This is a continuous process in the moment and for weeks, months, and years to come. This piece is a complete revision of an academic essay I wrote on which EU member state would be the best and the worst to pursue a good work/life balance. I decided to make it an editorial for a popular audience and focus on why Sweden would be a great place to move as a young professional. I go through 5 reasons, backed by data, and of course, include many pictures to give it a little bit of umph.
