Which EU Member State is the Best and Worst to Peruse a Career with an Appealing Work/Life Balance?

For this research paper, I was tasked with answering the following thesis statement: Which EU Member State would be the best to pursue a career with a good work/life balance? Following countless lessons, discussions, and individual research, I was able to carefully curate my answer to the question. I determined that Sweden would be the best while Bulgaria would be the worst. In order to support my statement, I provided various facts, statistics, and opinions within the paper that only made my argument stronger.
